An addition to the Fiesta range is becoming available, a more sporty version of the car, aptly named the Sport +.
The Fiesta Sport + aims to offer increased sportiness, but it adds no extra performance… Engine choices will be an 88kW 1.6-litre Duratec petrol mill or a 1.6-litre diesel with 70kW on tap. Both of these motors are currently in us in the Fiesta Zetec S.
Some of the additions to the Sport + over the standard Fiesta include a full body kit with a redesigned front bumper, side skirts and a rear spoiler, and the colour options are Frozen White with blue stripes and Performance Blue with white racing stripes down the centre. 17-inch alloys are available on the petrol model, with 16-inchers on the diesel.
Prices have yet to be confirmed, but the car will be limited to European markets anyway, and it will be based only on the 3-door Fiesta.
