The Senna name will once again find itself on a Williams F1 car, after the team confirmed that Bruno Senna would be driving for the team in 2012. He will partner Pastor Maldonado and unfortunately all of this means that Rubens Barrichello is without a drive.
Senna, who is of course the nephew of the great Ayrton Senna, made his F1 debut in 2010 with the Hispania team but was unable to secure a drive in 2011. Eventually he would race for the Renault team, replacing Nick Heidfeld at the Belgian Grand Prix but the team has decided to sign Kimi Raikkonen.
This will hopefully give Senna the chance to show his skills and let us finally see if he has the talent to match his name.
